rough volume count APR 2017 = 341,667
confirmation out of Finra in about a week or two ..

when confirmed .. that will be the lowest volume by month for PTOI since it first began trading in April 2009

prior to this .. the lowest volume month was Nov 2009 = 360,366 .. a month i remember well ..
due to dipping my toe for my first buy of 100 PTOI shares (PPS 1.12)

will break out the individual data (days' tapes/trades) but currently known .. just 3 longs picked off 143,699 PTOI *shares* this month ..

143699/341667 (rough) = 42.05%

the reason NR/CEs' have had to *protect* 5c .. is because for over 18 months .. it's been *reset* level
(not covered) for the previous 18 months' reset @ 10c .. (also not covered)
