WM started the down slide very soon after they took on this kind of debt way back in 2014. Most of the time small penny companies like this never ever recover from these things. Some....That have a product that actually sells can pay back some or all of the $$ before the conversions hit. But since WM has no income to speak of all these years, they keep on digging a deeper hole by taking more and more loans. Thus like alien said it dilutes shareholder value. If this keeps up, which it most likely will, the shares will be worth less and less. In other words to get the same amount of money to pay the 2 salaries, WM will have to put out more shares to cover the payroll. And that is all it is. Paying themselves. Nothing more, nothing less.

PS.....Before getting involved with a penny stock, check the A/S, + O/S. Check for dilution. If the O/S is constantly going up. Stay away.
