What is interesting to me is that they are only doing small raises...suggesting that there is in fact news coming fairly soon that might raise the share price.

What was interesting about the last small fund raise was that Sabby took a 9.7% interest in the company. It will be interesting to see who participates in this round. If my memory serves me, the last time I looked Reuters said there is about 30% insider and 25% institutional ownership. Obviously with the Sabby investment the institutional % is increasing. Both of those factors are positive IMO.

What kind of news is coming? There are several HS-110 trials which might provide data at any time. And the news that "an international pharmaceutical company" took up a considerable proportion of Shattuck Labs recent fund raising might be significant. Only time will tell.

If the HS-110 plus Opdivo trial continues to show that the combination turns 60% of cold tumours into hot tumours...I expect a partnership down the road...we just don't know when.
