Apology for late reply -- I didn't see your post prior to now .


My expectations this whole business of dropping the shares ,slapping ask , playing delay time -- spreading had fear -- all old tactics.

Now -- if I have to say an estimate then I truly think that that average loading is around the .0060 for 1b shares for 6$m dollars

The conversion started in or around Dec.

So I think we are near the end .. our floor PPS .0060-.0065 max ..

Everything will go on from there !!

The fins are ready or almost done -- my thoughts how can they go in merging buying or agreeing with any company if they don't have there FINS in place ? it's just impossible!!

PR will be later part of may then RS .. on the books will follow .. ASAP or even perhaps one last trick they might even try to do it same day as announcing the FINS to shake last weak hands .
