Lintin there may be something to your hypothesis that ramad is connected to MTIA. I have thought this at times based on similar reasoning. He also always defends PP which I find particularly odd.

In the end if ramad is connected to MTIA his postings are utter foolishness. All these statements can be brought up in bankruptcy court and could end up costing ramad's client millions. They could lose their priority as a note holder over this and at the very least it will greatly increase their legal fees as they have to defend ramad's comments.

Ramad I am going to decline your invitation to post my list of what i believe are your misrepresentation to the board. The list might be used in a later civil proceedings if you do in fact represent a note holder and I would rather not provide it in advance. And of course if ramad is not connected to a note holder or anyone with an interest in ECTE than the list is worthless because no viable lawsuit could be brought against ramad if he is just some troll without an interest posting to annoy everyone.

Ramad if you do represent MTIA you might want to advise them to work out a deal with ECTE rather than try to get the patents in bankruptcy. The bankruptcy process is much more complicated than you realize and I doubt MTIA will ever end up with the patents through that process and could have a total loss on their investment if they don't make a deal.
