ONCI DEEP DD, PULLED FROM STEVE BERMAN UPTICK INTERVIEW
1) ONCI is a holding company that is in the process of FINALIZING many deals that will make the a ‘Holding company unlike any other’.
2) Berman was in Asia for two weeks. Landed deal with major Korean auto maker to be their Distracted Driving vendor
3) A second Korean auto maker is distributing the Safe Drive app to 250 dealerships, with a rollout to 1000 dealerships over the next 6 months.
4) Finalized a deal with a Japanese insurance company to be their distracted driving option. Berman quotes: “This is the most amazing opportunity in my life.”
5) Finalizing a redomicile to Colorado and will change name of company to HEXAGON HOLDINGS. Named Hexagon because deals are sealed with 6 different companies under the Hexagon umbrella.
6) FMS App ongoing, a digital marketing company ongoing, 4 other deals are being finalized.
7) Has 4 additional apps outside of FMS (part of mobile app division, and NOT other companies) that will be released ‘very soon’. One is a mobile device that tracks you anywhere you are. The name of this company/app is ‘Apple Beacon’, and is the only existing technology that can track through 5 feet of concrete, unlike traditional GPS that drops out. Will sell to auto dealers and rental companies so they can track their cars anywhere. Berman feels this is the future of GPS. THIS IS HUGE. Quote Berman: “We have the top 4 apps that will be on the forefront of everyone’s mind in the next 4-5 months.”
8) Currently has over 100k in revs for 2016 and will triple to quadruple that over the next few months.
9) Once move to Colorado is complete, will revise share structure, AOS, and SOS. Berman quotes, “Will be very beneficial to shareholders”.
10) Quote Berman, “Future of company is a Perfect Storm. 4-5 apps are beta-testing right now, one of which is generating revenue. We have a digital media business generating revenue. We can grow this business
