As I understand it...
VDRM Is still inside the 21 day response period from the lawsuit filing. After they respond, a court date will be set.
When they go to court VDRM is 100% confident that this will either be thrown out or the law will be on their side.
They have a solid paper trail of evidence discounting any of the claims made by the opposing party. Call IR if you have any other concerns. Phone # is listed on their website.
