who cares about o/s shares if you think that pmcb will be bought out. even if it goes to 1 billion, if pmcb sells for $2 a share (which i would consider low) that will be a 2900% return vs a 2500% return.

to me the number of o/s shares is a moot point being this close to ind.

and as brian said they are going to the people involved with pmcb which is a huge boost of confidence.

i would have preferred to see more shares given out than doubling salaries though.
