fwiw Duggan got quite lucky with Pharmacyclics. He does deserve great credit for maximizing it for shareholders once he realized he had a home run on his hands. But absent the prior ceo bringing in Ibrutinib and then being dumped, pcyc would have been a zero and no billions for Duggan. PLSE seems more reminiscent of Xcytrin to me.

I wonder if his motivation on plse is brain cancer as it initially was with Pharmacyclics (Xcytrin)?
