I wanted D, but Pace always said he would get his QB when he found the right one. Cleveland had been offering big to move up, but San Fran wanted Thomas. I too think Pace gave up too much knowing how badly San Fran wanted Thomas. That being said, he will live of die with this pick, so took some balls to make that move.
