Daisies the last time we had a reverse split was when Dave Cade LTC CEO initiated it with the stated intentions to raise the share price and have LTC be eligible to be traded on the Nasdaq.

This was a lie, what CEO Dave Cade did was when he reverse split our stock he then sold them to Arch Hill to solidify Arch's control over LTC.
