I TALKED WITH ARMEN FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES TODAY, asked him about their current business development and their plans for uplist. I called his cell phone 786-657-2060.

1. Robot dispenser has greatly improved their work efficiency by filling scripts much faster and much more accurately. Now they can have more employees spend more time expanding compound medicine business for long term care facilities, which they had to give away some opportunities due to short staff before they purchased the robot. They also have added a “Clean Room” in their newly expanded space specifically for some more hazardous compound medicine business.

2. They are aggressively working on expanding Smart Medical Alliance business. They have both inside and outside marketing people, including himself, going after doctors, hospitals and long term care facilities. He actually just finished off two meetings today with some doctors. He expects this sector will bring in more revenues as they build stronger relationships with the customers.

3. Telepharmacy kiosks are actively being developed with MDFlow Systems. They are in the process of finalizing some critical electronic parts needed for the system. Once completed, they are planning to set up FOUR kiosks in long term care facilities, which can be a major disruptor in this field for them to grab new business from competitors because Pharmco so far is in the leading position providing telepharmacy services in south florida.

4. Armen assured me no later than Q1 of 2018, right after they audit 2017 financials, they will become fully SEC reporting and uplist to a higher exchange. Auditing 2015 is also an option. But definitely no later than 3/31/2018. He is fully aware of investors’ concerns and hope. He said right now they are working on choosing a good IR company to help address such issues. He has full confidence the company will perform better and better each year.

Overall, Armen is very friendly and patient. He spent most of the time during our conversation explaining their business models and development plans to me. His great confidence to uplist to a higher exchange is very encouraging to me. RXMD is simply the best in this OTC pink land. Soon enough, all these years will become part of a memorable history to be replaced by our joyful ride to NSDQ.
