One buy and it pops right back up 21%. A bunch of small sells mean nothing to me. Someone is just wasting there shares and the money.

10k share sells @ .0013 is a whole $13. Who would keep selling 10k blocks like that into the BID today? It definitely is not people trying to get out. DD is the key.
