That's not good. I shall have to lower my target from $10 to $3.
LOL. They have probably never been thinking about what happens after the ex date and limited exit possibilities...just because they never think about this from a s/h's pov. So that's why they should be aware of it one way or the other....if its still doable to change the distribution of course.
If not they could always get a credit line and start paying a dividend and buyingback shares
