I just checked the share structure for MSPC, and this looks pretty concerning to me.

Preferred stock, $0.000001 par value, 8,000,000 shares authorized

Series B Preferred Stock, $0.000001 par value, 2,000,000 shares authorized, 1,200,000 shares issued

Series C Preferred Stock, $0.000001 par value, 100,000 shares authorized, 45,354 shares issued 0

Series D Preferred Stock, $0.000001 par value, 400,000 shares authorized, 0 shares issued

If they decided to convert these, that would be to the hundreds of billions. Wouldn't that take it to the quadruple zero level?
I'm not even sure if many people would be able to trade this at those levels.
