Spanish Peaks is a private company, not a publicly-traded company, per the CEO of MLCG.

Pretty misleading press release, IMO. Not surprised, though, since ML Capital Group is not the real name of this company, per Nevada Secretary of State business entity search. They still need to get FINRA to approve the name change, which shouldn't be difficult.
