Redbull I think that FD or his investors had slightly cold feet and wanted to have their risk and stake somewhat reduced. Perhaps they wanted some free money to invest directly in Triway. Solomon is probably quite tired of FD and agreed to the proposal from FD. My definite impression is that SIAF can only pay back the loan prematurely if it is accepted by ECAB. Even if FD is very unhappy with the current pps of SIAF I think he sees the high potential of Triway and that he does not want to reduce his stake in SIAF more than has already happened. This is a guess of course.
