You make a good point OTW but he already has about 450,000,000 shares and this approximate $ 15,000,000 US would allow him to buy a bit over 55,000,000 shares which would give over 500,000,000 shares which might be enough to protect him. I am doing a bit more checking. I will let you know if I find out anything. I am just thinking it fits into what my concern has been and maybe I am off base but it Could be a possibility.
