I really had a feeling the day wolf of weed st (Jason Spatafora) and his partner in crime Heimann raided this company we were doomed. Meanwhile they were dm'ing folks (myself included) gloating. I asked him that day why is this good news? I knew the fact that he's so disliked and perceived as untrustworthy that it'll likely backfire, which apparently isn't exactly the response one is looking for when they live in a bubble.

So far I've/we been spot on at every turn. If you've been around long enough you've seen these sort of disasters take on a life of their own. He is a noobi trader with a napoleon complex who decided to play CEO without the 1st clue into how to run a pub co -- legitimately... and of course the investor paid the ultimate price.

Now I hear they've run into SEC problems with his APT site which ran a shady PnD campaign that got another ticker shut down. His partner, which together run several other bogus PnD sites is still a major stockholder here and have affectively fleeced FBEC dry.
