How do CEO's of penny stocks make money when their stock plummets?? Here is what they do they have secret meetings off the books and have their friends short the stock in big numbers ! It is illegal but everyone does it ! Chances are very very slim of being caught Sell this scam and never buy penny stocks .. Unless you can short!
