You have to ask yourself why no US company has made any move to acquire this company or its technology if it has so much potential. And now Multistack has officially walked away from using Dais cores in their ERV product.

The CEO's wife appears to have kept the place afloat the past year. She is now owed $565,000 and has been given 640,000 shares of common stock along with 10 year warrants to purchase another 2,800,000 shares at .01 as the due date of the note continues to get pushed back (now May 31, 2017).
