I agree during the normal process of the market. I think when a delisting is involved that the Nasdaq opinion becomes more relevant.

Stay or Go. Pretty bg ramifications for shareholders...Heck, even PPHM recognized that a reverse split is not in the best interest of shareholders. Nasdaq is a protector of shareholders...Yes?
