Furthermore, I believe there are different ways to build a company up. One way is to lie and deceive for short term gains and then use that money to better the business. Another way is to be honest and straightforward and build investor confidence, then use their investment money to better the company.

Both scenarios work to advance the company, but the latter will be more profitable and honorable over the long haul.

The path Mr Costley has taken is the more difficult one that leaves investors suspicious and afraid to lay down their money. That is why this continues to bleed every day, IMO.
