In all respect, there's no chill from market watchdogs. I spoke with Ameritrade a while back and posted here several times. I'll do this once more. Ameritrade says they are a conservative broker who will not allow clients to purchase stock that doesn't come to Ameritrade in street name to back up the purchase. There is an issue with the current stock transfer agent. I relayed this info to CEO Clark. He responded to me that he was aware of the issue and was working on it and would put out a PR when resolved. Shortly after that, he put out releases that a CPA firm and an attorney had been retained. So, this share structure mess the CEO inherited should get sorted out soon. In the meantime, one can use a less conservative broker to buy shares. I have Ameritrade and Etrade.
