They have clearly stated they plan to grow through acquiring additional portfolios-- which as you have posted may now be a concern. They also stated there are very few employees-- which I believe validates there is no plan to grow organically with a sales force. I assure you the existing portfolios will decline naturally through attrition. Attrition in this industry is typically high especially if you have the track record of some of the companies they have acquired. Not much on Evance yet (probably because there is no sales force and no new sales)...Here are some reviews:
