I don't know anything about the company but the first problem I see is the idea of buying and holding
not a good idea on the otc... at least not in my experience
this is also a problem
then there is the share structure... a billion shares issued and on top of a reverse split in 2016
It might be a great trade... but not for someone that doesn't want to babysit
