Wondering the same thing. Looks like a full fledged campaign to drum up support for prospective investors. The secrecy on how they are going to raise funds. Saying they are using a new airplane when it's really a 23 year old 767-300.
They aren't picking up where they left off. They are starting in Phase 1 of the certification with a promise to fast track what can be fast tracked. By the way, there are now 5 phases in the certification process rather than the 4 phases in the old ATOS system. The old certification process is gone. Impossible to pick up where they left off. Totally new system uploaded to the FAA database.
Got to wonder what information is being provided by Baltia to the big investors.
I think they have a pretty good plan and it seems the FAA is supportive. They just need to do the R/S and issue enough new shares to pay for the certification and stop with the no dilution spin. JMHO of course.
