RS just sent this to me:


I have updated the OTC to reflect all outstanding shares along with the update float.  All progress of the company will be presented through press releases (there have been many over the last month) and the financial filings (Q1 will be filed in the next few weeks).  I have no idea who trades or when.  That is up to all the shareholders.  That is the best information I can provide on trading.  People buy and people sell.  I am not privy to any of that information.
 
Since the last filing the share structure is as follows and should be reflected on OTC tomorrow or wed (that is the time it takes them to make the changes that I have reported).
 
Outstanding – 131,425,560 shares
Unrestricted “float” – 47,765,714 shares
