I thought they'd put a DOUBLE-TOP in & then draw-down post-market, but they
just put in a lower high & will do the SAME THING I suspected (I'm guessing
the will anyway as the "after-hours" trading has yet to be "put in").

I agree with EVERYTHING you said. Too much value for a buyout & I'm not
convinced the culture would continue in the hands of some other entity.
Which might have me re-evaluate my position if it came to that.
