The Overseas Integrated Beverages business includes Lion Nathan Limited (Lion), Schincariol Participacoes e Representacoes S.A. (Brasil Kirin) and Myanmar Brewery Limited. The Pharmaceuticals and Bio-chemicals business includes Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd., ProStrakan Group plc and Kyowa Hakko Bio Co., Ltd.
