1) Legally speaking I suspect that's no longer true, as the shares have all been cancelled by virtue of the delisting.

2) Even if it were true, throughout the years what passes for FASC's management have demonstrated a disregard for its shareholders interests that long ago tipped into outright contempt and disdain.

The chances that the circus barker and his relatives will ever do the right thing by their shareholders (or marks as the CEO and his promoters always refer to them as) are so infinitesimal as to be non-existent, although doubtless they will continue to grift from the naïve gullible but greedy by any means they can.
