It should be obvious, even to the casual observer, that wholesale conversions and dumping have ceased.

The price is currently drifting due to small retail sellers, probably just getting bored with the temporary lack of movement, or just afraid of their own shadows.

MM's are letting it drift under it's own weight until the next catalyst.

This seems to be the time to accumulate in advance of the next massive upside spike.
