just one of the members of the oncolix board claiming his ownership with the SEC. i'd guess we'll see a few more of those this week with the other board members.

as for any reverse split, i'd bet there will be one too, but not until they get to NASDAQ. look at what anvl did from its run from $.15 to dollars. they waited for the big run combined with data results and a big PR push before doing the r/s and uplisting to NASDAQ.
