Maybe Esposito figured out that paying rent for office space in Sausalito, California, or anywhere else, was too expensive considering that we have no sales. In leu of paying out of pocket rent, it was smarter to team-up with an existing operation, that is located in a cheaper Real Estate market. Innovasource already pays rent as well as running a Peroxide Based company.
So Esposito figured that having Innovasource be the Point-of-Sales for Asepticsure, and giving them a percentage, that Innovasource could use the money that would flow their way, but that Medizone does not have to pay rent every month regardless of sales.
I think this was a brilliant move. It simply means that Innovasource is the Medizone office. All sales will flow through this company. Medizone will be payed the Agreement Percentage, or Medizone will collect the fees and pay Innov their percentage.
This is brilliance at work.
