So because you want the stock at a lower price the play is over....they all of a sudden now aren't goin to build a Refinery...they're going to pull the permits they submitted... they're not getting an valuation report... (Even though I have confirmed that one is done) and coming sooner than later..they aren't in the middle of getting financing for the project....

They are just going to walk away cause you would like the pps at .0120???

I do hope that the noise is being blocked...
