I'm not sure if this is correct, but the lockup parties in the agreement are:

Doug Croxall
Francis Knuettel II
James Crawford
Richard S. Chernicoff
Edward Kovalik
Christopher Robichaud
Richard Tyler
Erich Spangenberg

Does this mean management team are the buyers for this financing? Two thoughts. First, about damn time. Second, they are buying shares to pay themselves salaries? :) It seems the financing is to acquire portfolios, but it also says to cover general expenses.
