Pacha, it's difficult to watch, but sadly it is intentional. The MMs and everyone make more money going from $0.01 to $0.07 than from $0.07 to $.13. Both are 6 cents, but the % gain is WAY different. I've counted at least 4 "provide resistance" signals the last few trading days. They do not want this going up UNTIL it reaches a desired level. Harry was right when he said this was going to $0.02 when it was in the 4's. DiamondCBD.com is too good with too much reach in a super growth area to not see even higher highs in the near future.
