Interesting parts in that video:

Near 00:47: New Informercial to go NATIONWIDE next Monday.
Near 04:24: Last selling of conversions AlMOST DONE.
Near 11:29: Next conversions cannot take place till June.
Near 11:29: The plan is to pay those BEFORE any conversion
Near 16:29: Suggestion to convert notes to restricted shares (still needs to be seen and PR'ed).



Last 10k revealed that 6 Million warrants were triggered lately.Were they all sold?Pretty hard to know.Maybe the warrants holders kept some to sell those at a higher PPS.


THE NEXT 2 SETS OF WARRANTS HAVE A STRIKE PRICE OF .03 & .05





IF & ONLY IF the CEO really wants to pay some debts b4 they convert, like stated in that video, the PPS will have to go up substantially for that to happen, imo...

So, those 2 sets of warrants MAY be triggered in the near future.
Nothing 100% sure here cuz the filings are pretty complicated to decipher and not crystal clear like some other tickers that we've seen recently with some nice warrants...
