Public knowledge is really humiliating and terrifying. Poor Dan has had his errors and family sins ? publicly displayed by this legal battle and judgment. It would be more than a fair bet to believe that he is more concerned about his legal battles and troubles than he is about SRSR. He has no choice.

The property has merit. There has been drilling. The reports, from such, have been very positive in results toward the end goal. Even the drilling that had gone bad.

Nevertheless, SRSR can't go forward with a management that is distracted or has other motives rather than the end goal.
