Hey, Bull Dolphin.

After many trips to Home Depot I got the right stuff for the anchor bolts (that fits a regular caulking gun).

It's called Sika Pro Select AnchorFix-1. The epoxy hardens super fast. I filled one hole with the stuff and then filled the other. I installed the bolt in the second hole and went back to the first.
The epoxy had already began to harden. I had to put the nut on the bolt and pound it down into the hole.

I'll put the washers and nuts on tomorrow.
