You are right, but, it was more than just those two. The hit pieces started in Dec 2014 while stock was at a high and a big hit piece came out in January 2015. That started the decline that was just reversing when another hit in aug 2015 followed by that frivolous lawsuit that has since been dismissed.

In the meantime, the company has moved ahead with trials. We should get trial results this year.
