No need to admit anything. Nobody has supplied the report.
One person tried real hard to pretend a letter was the report.
That is the limit to it.

Nobody here has the report or it would have been posted years ago.

And the report is meaningless because it is obsolete.
This is why the company can't even supply it to investors.
If it had any meaning the company could show it to us.
They can not because it would be misleading investors. Providing it as any sort of proof of anything would get them in trouble.
