Yes. I have. It's not a 'ruling' that is anticipated by 7/17.

The settlement process is an alternative to rulings. It's essentially facilitated negotiation. The judge in this does not provide rulings. If there is an agreement either in whole or in part, that gets reported.

I still don't know if there was a settlement conference last Friday. Do you know?
