It is evident that you do not know what the SEC requires for 10K submission....It is mandatory that The financials must be audited by an approved SEC auditor...they are are not easy to come by...some of them will not accept your job because they have to many big priority clients..small and start-up companies have problems getting these auditors and extremley difficult to get them to perform on time...the little guys suck the sour one every time...The CEO is lucky to have one in the first place...cut Rossi some slack
