CVX is back to where the dividend is 4.25% so I'm looking to get back into it.

I don't think I'll ever be able to be comfortable to your buy a little, sell a little strategy. It's very reasonable but I find I'm an all or nothing kind of guy. It doesn't mean I'm always right but I can't abide death by a thousand tiny cuts.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
