.....possibly for the delay.....but the FDIC might be fishing for a ruling in their favor as it relates to a technical interpretation involving the TAA and banks as subsidiaries or non-subsidiaries......and/or agents under agency law........the APPEAL motion was so bizarre it shocked me........although the motion was written by the FDIC's puppet law firm and probably by a newbie legal grunt, imo.........weird......but par for the course, re: uwb/uwbi.........

....I don't trust the FDIC.............or FASCISTS in general...........
