I don't think management is smart at all. I think they have almost destroyed a company who had great potential. And I think almost anybody could have done a better job. People with zero oil and gas experience and zero experience running a company should not have been put in charge. The result is a .0001 share price and massive dilution. Quite frankly I'm shocked anyone would still defend this poor performance. But it appears a small handful still do. And I find that highly suspicious. The people I know don't defend abject failure. And the vast majority of current and ex shareholders all agree.
