This is what I just sent Giogio. He was the CEO and is still responsible for the actions made at that time...Can't wait to see what kind of response I get to this...

Giorgio, Since the time of your response, I have tried reaching out to Supurva through all available means and am getting no response. Phone number goes to a Google voice mail that never gets returned. Emails are not being responded to and so on...

You may no longer be the CEO of Supurva, but you were when the press release was issued that caused 100’s of millions of shares to be sold. I am looking for confirmation that there was an actual deal of some sort. I do not need details but at this point, it is looking like it was a complete and blatant lie to sell shares. If so, I and my group will be pursuing this in every way possible.

Having been the CEO at that time, you are responsible for those actions. With that being said, please confirm or deny Ii f there was an acquisition deal going thru as described in the press release...

If you believe that there is simply a delay in the deal, then say so. If the deal has fallen through then say who it was with as that would no longer matter, but a no response or passing the buck will just not be good enough. Lastly, I get the strong feeling that you do not want Reign affiliated with this. It would be best to help clear this up IMO. Thank you for your time.
