Yep, I knew that, and you're right...
But they cancelled it which tells me that they are trying to work on things without "harming" the shareholder in my opinion.
Some may argue that an RS is a good thing, I've recovered by pulling out before the RS happens so I'm not getting crushed after my initial investment.
So, as for now, I haven't seen an RS with this company which tells me that though this is stagnant, its better than having an RS on the boards, and I'll continue to collect and hold until I see otherwise.
