The last case ends either when:

(a) there is a summary judgement
or
(b) When the trial and any appeals are over
or
(c) If the complaint is withdrawn

In other words - I have no idea, but I would guess this year sometime :)

And I previously speculated that the AAMRQ shares should result in ~$0.90 to $1.90 for each share, but it was speculative.
